ROTF Leaders at $50?

Not sure if this was mentioned before...

People have been telling me for quite some time that the cheapest place to get ROTF Leaders is Sears, at $54.99, since everywhere else's retail price is $59.99 or the like.

However, here I am in Toronto for a business trip, so I make a stop at Wal-Mart (in particular, I went to the one at Dufferin Mall). I needed a non-Quebec version of ROTF Prime, so I picked one up there. It rang up at $49.92.

Is this regular price, or was I lucky to catch them on sale on this trip?

$49.92 is the sale price and it has been going on for a month already.

I didn't know this either but I saw it at Wal-Mart last night. It was a surprise to me too. An awesome surprise!

It's a "Rollback", meaning the price could return to $59.99 anytime - in a month, next week, today... we don't know. Nice savings while they last though!

Same deal with deluxes being $11.92 at WalMart right now - Rollback. Get 'em while you can!

Cool. I haven't been hunting for ROTF stuff back in Montreal, especially not at Wal-Marts, so I wasn't aware of the rollback (not even sure if it applies to the Quebec-version of the Leaders).

I guess I lucked out with a pleasant surprise then on this trip.

A few weeks ago, at the cobourg, walmart I was able to find ROTF Leaders at 39.92, while they were 49.92 at every other one i went to

Right now, the ROTF leaders in Montreal at Walmart is still at regular price

I got Jetfire this morning. I dig, I dig. He doesn't HAVE to be an old man, which is good. You can rig up the Gatling gun inside the Power-up cannon thing to give Jetfire a pretty boss laser-beam machine gun of doom. I only wish his head would stay looking in the direction of my choosing.
