I've heard people speculate that the Thunder Megazord is an all new mould wheres the Megazord was just a retool of the 2010 one.

Looks like Premium Bandai will be releasing a Zyuranger version of the Power Morpher:

The Coins will be sold separately, but the set has the SDCC Tribal coin which makes it pretty tempting...
Also the Morpher will have a Power Crystal though not pictured yet.

What an irony, 20 years ago it was boa who used the japanese mold. After they ditch it and create their own molds like the zold builder, action hero and the legacy line. Now its japanese turn to use that legacy morpher mold and just relabel it with just one coin and slap a premium price of 105$ while the original first release of the legacy morpher with the 5 coins cost 50$. Not to mention to add an additional 50$ to get the rest of the coins. It looks like boj is trying pull a hastak.

So, I got the Legacy Thunder Megazord yesterday. I never had the original, so I guess it's ok for what it is, but I prefer its components combined with the Tigerzord.
