Potentially, but the scale would be horribly off. They're meant to fit and scale with G1 Optimus Prime.

These are Diaclone pilot-scaled so they're more for G1 toys.

No the eyes are interchangeable in both bot and dino modes for any version. The teeth, claws and red stripes on knees are a few differences between the Hasbro and Takara Versions. I'm sure there may be a couple others as well
