I wonder if CBSA x-ray scan everything...because MP-29 is package in space gun mode...which is quite tricksy...

I'm not sure I'm buying the CBSA back-up... I think it's a Canada Post clog, and one with little excuse. It's hardly a peak shipping season. FedEx or UPS would've had these delivered within days without a single hold-up from CBSA.
EMS shipments should be scanned by customs once it gets into customs, ie: once they've actually physically handled the package. Then it'd be sent for further review or released to CanPost.

If it's not even in CanPost's system, I'm inclined to believe it's a customs hold up.

It's probably in some receptacle sitting. I spoke to the agent she mentioned they are behind in vancouver but will get someone to look into it. whether its cbsa or canapost I cant say but the least canada post can do is confirm if its in vancouver.

If it hasn't been processed by customs yet, Canada Post said they couldn't tell if was in Canada or not. They said that it most likely is and is just stuck in the CBSA backlog, but couldn't confirm that.
