One note - if clicking on the "Click Here to Start Download" causes it to play instead (depends on your computer settings), you should be able to right click the link and choose a "Save Link as"/"Save Target As" and go from there.
2. Load into iTunes (File > Add File to Library > then select the file from where you downloaded it to)
3. Transfer to iPod - what I find helps is to create a playlist on your iPod (i.e Canadian Slag), and then drag and drop the file into the playlist. Makes it nice and easy to find them when you want to hear them.
Anyhow, I hope this helps!

Re: Canadian Slag Episode 26 - DIA-CROOONE!
I'm really interested with the fiction in Diaclone so far.It would be cool if the next Transformers pieces of fiction can revisit this old story.
Oh,since you guys mentioned The Ark book,I saw it the other day on Indigo. How good is it anyway?
........I shouldn't be surprised that you guys would make so many jokes on Thrust,Erector,Discharge...and....Shothole?Serious ly?
Vinyl stickers on the edition?Blasphemy! No symbol on the wheel? That's even worse!lol, still that looks cool,but,meh....not even going to get that as my first car anyway.
Oh man, another con I have to save up more than $200 again....I could save a lot if my sister doesn't remind me to eat.lol
Should I dare venture the TFCon videos featuring Dak?

It's great if you can get the complete thick one I got that contains volume one (US G1) and volume 2 (Japan G1) of the Ark. I'd complete with character models some settings, little things here and there. A great buy for the $30 I spent on it. My only complaint....not in colour....I'd love a coloured version.

Also, I have KO Diaclone Devestator, but I notice the quality of the KO is very good (well compared to KO's of this era). Any idea how these and other Diaclone KO were made? Maybe through stolen molds or some other shady means?
|
Keep in mind the Diaclone line started in 1980 and didn't get the "Car Robots" and other transforming characters that would later be TFs till 1982. So during that 1980 to 1983 there was a multitude of colors and patterns.
When Diaclone was originally launched Great Robot Base (which was also it's logo face) was conceived as a Sentai/Power Rangers like robot complete with 5 Diaclone drivers in Red, Black, Blue, Yellow, Green. But a complete overall color on the whole body (minus the signature metal head), this would change for the rest of the 1980 to 1981 run to avoid problems with Bandai's Sentai stuff. The only other unique thing about Great Robot Base's drivers were it's first run had a unique mold of driver (Slightly thinner and muscular), which in the 2nd run of the toy would give us the mold used for every Diaclone driver after that.
The rest of 1980 all Diaclone drivers would have a pattern of chest one color, arms/legs another color.
In 1981 they went with motifs of top half one color (chest/arms) while the legs was another. This was done to create more unique figures cause each toy had it's own unique driver.
In 1982, with the advent of the Car Robot line, they returned to the full body color pattern, feeling that since they didn't have a sentai like play pattern with the line anymore they can go about it to avoid problems.

Then I should go back to it and see if it has those.I saw it briefly and notice it wasn't coloured,so I couldn't really determine if I should buy it or not.
