I believe this is one of the dealers from TFCon from Courtice outside of Oshawa. I think he has a collectible/toy shop at the Courtice flea market. I'll have to check my collection of business cards to be sure though.

If he is, he must be factoring the cost of travel, hotel, and admission to the price in order to "break even".
