What Transformer was/is this??

I was helping clean out my mother in laws basement and I came upon this little guy, I wasn't a big Transformes fan when I was young, could anyone tell me who this guy was/is.
He is white, has a pull back and go action feature (still works),
His stic still works great, yes he is missing his rear two tires but that shouldn't be hard to replace
he doesn't say Hasbro on the bottom he say's "TAKARA 84"

there was three different kinds.the one you have,a jeep and something else.i think they also came in three colors per mold.

Actually there were 4 different kinds: Dune buggy, Porsche, Mazda RX-7 and jeep. This plus 3 different colours and the fact they came in both factions equals 24 different Minispies.
