Wasn't able to see the first two games today, but Korea won by 2,while Argentina scored only 1 goal.
As for the England vs. US match, now that was interesting.I have to give it to Howard for saving the shots that keep firing to him, mainly from Roony, and I have to give the goalie props for continuing the game even if he was accidentally kicked to the chest.
What was surprising was that the US was lucky to even have one goal under their belt, lol.I was yelling at how Green totally screwed up a weak kick, but, you can only control a slippery ball that's been kicked in a wet grass court.
So it ends with 1-1,majority of teams are getting ties now.
Tomorrow's matches will be Algeria vs. Slovenia, followed by Serbia vs. Ghana, then Germany vs. Australia.

Alas,CBC is taken away from me.Ah well,I always have Univision on my hands, and I prefer the Spanish commentators over the boring English ones.

Of course, but it's the number of points that usually happens in the first games, even if they tie with the likes of 0-0,1-1,etc.each one has a point to get into the next round. It's at the second round of games where goals become a priority to the teams then settling with ties.
