I just got Classics Ultra Magnus from The_Emperor of TFW and Henshin Justice Unlimited for 55$ USD including shipping.

I've been poking around for Ultra Magnus for a while and as far as I can tell that's about the going rate. It's a fair price. I haven't been able to fit him in to the budget, but if that's what you paid for him, I wouldn't be dissapointed.
