Nice mold choice for Terrorsaur. I was thinking that PCC Skyhammer would be good, but Terradive would look so good. For suitable heads... How about the transmetal Terrorsaur mold? I'm assuming it's deluxe size. Or maybe Generations Thunderwing could work?

Find a head with a decent face that will fit the ball joint, file it down and then use putty for that sortof distinctive swoop he has.

Re: 2012 TFCon Charity Project
I might as well show some of my progress so far.
What I want to do for Waspinator is emulate the original toy, which had 2 heads, the normal head, and the Mutant head which we are all familiar with. So, I am shaving and moulding Tomahawk's normal head to look different, then shoving a magnet into his skull in order to attach a "mutant" mask. For the mask I am using a head from one of my S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider figures (rider fans will know which one by the photo )
Here is what I have so far, All pieces are unpainted and completely not finished, so right now it doesn't look at all like our favorite Wasp. I still need to do a lot of shaping, and add Mandibles.
I have the magnets installed, and I am very happy with the result. The middle piece snaps on perfectly.

Hehe, thanks
BTW, since I used the head, I now have a spare Figuarts body which I plan on using for something that is, in concept, pretty awesome

Re: 2012 TFCon Charity Project
Rattrap is almost finished. I'm just getting the finishing touches done. Some clear coat and he'll be ready to go. I'll get pics up soon.

Re: 2012 TFCon Charity Project
Here is an idea if its not too late...lets use nothing but TF Prime First Edition figures so there will be a higher demand and more people will want these. Just a thought.

Perceptors head could also work
