Generation 1 vintage reissue Optimus Prime price reduced

Thanks to multiple reports we learn that the Walmart exclusive Transformers Generation 1 vintage reissue Optimus Prime has been marked down to $49.97. It was previously priced at $69.97.

UPDATE: After making a short return to full price Optimus Prime can now be found for $39

Walmart has it's exclusive G1 Prime on sale for $49.97 down from $69.97 for those who are interested.

Sadly, at $49.97, you are $0.03 short for free home shipping. You can however, use free store pick up.

Exactly, most of the G1 reissues went down to around this price (and most Walmart's are flooded with G1 Primes). I'll wait.

Don't worry guys G1 Rodimus went down to $19 so will Prime. Just have to wait.

What is amazing to me is that enough people bought them at $70 'cause the shelves went empty & needed restocking.

I think most people bought them with the intention of returning them at the 90 day mark if the price didn't drop. Now one can easily price adjust in store or pick-up one from the store and return it with your old receipt from 2 and a half months ago.

He went down to $14 in some Walmart stores in my area.
