Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. If it's an aitem that is still being distributed there's a good chance it will. If it's an older product probably not.

I've found a lot of times when you order something "temp out of stock" you'll get one shipped from a warehouse in the US.

You can cancel anytime as long as it's not something that you added to make your order over $35 to get the free shipping.

That is if you don't have Prime membership. I guess with Prime, it wouldn't matter but I don't have it so can't confirm that.

So BBTS still holds the cheapest price, but for Canada the Amazon price is the cheapest (though it is fulfilled from outside Canada).
