Well considering the Michael Bay TF universe is pretty much weakly synced to the rest. Few things I have wondered.

1 Megatron in frozen stasis. How did he get to Earth?
no trans warp capability

2 The Fallen in his ship where all the Hatchlings are. Since when are TF hatched?
where is this ship? What about the Mars scenario?

3 If it is he Ark then is this where the Autobot came from in their Protoforms?

So is it an Autobot ship or Decepticon ship? Another Bayverse moment....
