Yes, last time I saw it (Sally Hansen NP) was at walmart, but that was a few years ago

Great suggestion, I use the dollar store for custom parts if you use your imagination its greatCheaper than the hobby store ones. I have a set of mini Mastercraft metal files I use as well as the more expensive hobby sandpaper file.
I had some cheaper metal files from PA but they weren't that great
