Human Alliance: Worth It or Leave It
Human Alliance Figures takes over the Alternators basis ,then takes it over to ROTF Characters, and make them compatible between Humans and Figures.
But the Alternators in US was about $19, don't know the price here. But lets say that Alternators were $30. They got doors, hood, a replica engine that transforms into a gun, and even an accurate replica interior.
Lets say pay an extra $10, or $20 (Depends what store u buy them), for HA figures. You lose the hood with the engine ,and a nice interior. U get more missles and a human figure that is so tiny.
Now a question. Do u Think Human Alliance Figures worth it for $40 (Wally) $50 (TRU and others) ? Would u see it and get it or would u see it and leave it.

Re: Human Alliance: Worth It or Leave It
Everything is too expensive these days. Then again, when do I not buy something that isn't on sale? XD

Yes, totally worth it. And I hope it continues past Barricade/Frenzy.

Re: Human Alliance: Worth It or Leave It
I think they are worth it and I would have waited for s sale, but the BB's seem to be flying off the shelves here...I don't think they will have enough for a decent sale.

Re: Human Alliance: Worth It or Leave It
Yeah, I think this line is worth it. Unfortunately I don't think there'll be a significant price drop anytime soon. I'm guessing there's a licensing fee for the actors' likeness that inflates retail prices somewhat. Walmart's retail pricing at $40 seems like a fair. I personally wouldn't pay TRU $50 price tag (ever again).
I also think the Human Alliance line up represents a major step forward for the property as a whole. We might be seeing new molds that are compatible with 3 and 3/4 quarter figures in the near future. I'm kind off seeing the groundwork for a possible crossover with Hasbro's other cash cow G.I.Joe. Hasbro cross pollinates Transformers with almost everything else, I think it's only a matter of time until it happens.
