The whole raincheck thing for SS was a bit of a crapshoot in the first place. Their policy is clearly stated that no rainchecks can be issued on unreleased products. The fact that the SKU was in the system doesn't mean it was officially released. Those who got the deal, sweet. Those who didn't? Kinda sucks, but I'm sure you'll luck out the next time. $20 in the life of an MP collector is a drop in the bucket.

Yep, just got two emails for the two SS's I ordered. (When they were still up a week later, I figured I'd order a 2nd for myself or another boardie.)
If they both arrive in good nick, I'll be selling one to a local for cost... Before any scalper comments come out.
There should be a happy face here.. ... There that's more representative of my intention behind that last light hearted comment.
