Re: Question:
Those look light flightpose stands:

You can buy them at BBTS and HLJ.
There are also some gundam stands that you can buy, $10 each, some assembly required.

They come in a few different colours, including clear.

Re: Question:
The flightpose ones are apparently rather strong, I remember seeing them posed with star wars gunships/dropships.
The gundam ones are lighter, but you should be fine for deluxes, and probably voaygers. The gundam ones might be a little more awkward to work with though, because you need to find some way to balance it on the one prong (or try and stick/plug it somewhere), where with the flightpose ones you just kind of sit the figure on top of the stand.
Personally I have 1 gundam stand, I don't have a flightpose one.

Re: Question:
I bought a gundam stand one. I did not enjoy it much, it has a joint at the top (close to connection / holding point of whatever toy) and it was flimsy. Mind you I bought mine to hold the 3rd party springer....but at the time it was recommended for it, so I stand by my statement.
Might be ok with a lighter figure.

Re: Question:
I have a few Tamashii stands I got from HLJ and they work pretty well. They're not the specific stands you linked but I use them for a few different figures I have in more dynamic poses.
