Toys R Us updated their site, and....trouble!

Since the website change I had 4-5 orders all arriving fairly quick. The status of the order on the website was delayed, i.e. stuck in processing status but I received the items. This happened on their old website too.

Doing a price adjustment though I had a lot of issues. Sent a couple requests through their website link for price adjustments with no response. Had to send a couple emails to the general email address with no response. Finally had to send a couple messages through facebook and it got done.

Were you ever able to get price adjustments on Gen Selects Nightbird and the drill powerdasher?

Yes but again took way too much effort

I guess when you look at the fine print of the flyer they technically could have declined it as they are a limited item or could be considered

That being said over the past weekend a lot of items were 15% on their website but it applied to hot shot. Cromar was 20% off. Either zetar or nightbird had 0% off. It was all over the place lol

Ordered 3 items from the website. Two came one still not shipped yet. I have no idea what TRU is doing. It seems to me this is harming both sides. I don't see how they can benefit from shipping one order in 2 parcels. Or even worse, by not shipping at all.

I tried to use a gift card with the site, I was told that option is currently not available... which sucks.

Did anyone try ordering Zetar and Nightbird when they were available on the website? I ordered them weeks ago and haven't received them yet (not even a shipping notice, order still says processing).
