These are a maybe. Although they are intended for a younger audience they look pretty good especially the Starscream.

My six year old will love that Optimus! He is going to get that for his birthday so he'll stop asking to play with my MP Optimus lol.

Seems like this Starscream has almost as many points of articulation as Classics Screamer.

They're for kids so I can't be too harsh but damn they look like those up sized knockoffs you see at dollar stores sometimes.

OK...I get what they're going for. They're like the Voyager Prime and Predaking that came out at the beginning of last year to end the Beast Hunters toys that were designed to be Voyager sized Commanders and easy to transform. Very Simplistic for kids and yet still kinda cool. Interest is growing.

EEeeeh... I think it would have looked better without all the extra panel molding and shiny plastic. Makes them look WAY too unpainted and cheap. I think a mat finish would have made them look way more solid... and Optimus looks way too skinny!

Re: Generations Batallion Optimus Prime, Megatron, and Starscream In-hand Images
I'll say this much: by virtue of being able to transform, resembling recognizable characters, and having a modicum of articulation, at least they're better than all of the following horrible products in the overdiversified spectrum of Transformers toys:
- nontransforming Titans
- Battle Sparkers
- those awful Rock Em Sock Em robot things that all look the same
- Construct-Bots
- one-step changers
- Hero Mashers
A good simplified product for kids, I'm sure.

Re: Generations Batallion Optimus Prime, Megatron, and Starscream In-hand Images
Construct-Bots and Hero Mashers had their own features and play patterns to compensate for them not doing what's generally expected of a Transformer. These figures are just Transformers done badly.
