I'm really looking forward to Resident Evil: Final Chapter in a couple weeks. Time for Milla to kick some ass. She's got back her powers so look out!

Seems like he's got the same never-turn-down-a-paying-gig mentality as Malcolm McDowell.

Any way, dammmmmm... Logan looks good.

Re: Movie Talk (Possible Spoilers)

I watched Resident Evil last week. Awesome ending to the franchise. This movie was all about Milla and didn't focus on other characters from the franchise. Which is exactly what I wanted. Really action packed.

Re: Movie Talk (Possible Spoilers)

I keep forgetting about this thread! Thanks for the bump. Desperately want to see Resident Evil here too but wife won't go with me (she gets nightmares easily) and friends who want to see it already have seen it. Gonna have to masturdate this one, I think. That, and the most recent Underworld installment.

My own recent viewings though: Passengers and Moana. Both were very good! I was especially impressed with how well a story Passengers could deliver with such a small cast. Great visuals too (especially one scene with the swimming pool)

Moana was as sweet as a Disney movie should be, but what I really enjoyed most from this was the cultural influences of this story giving the movie its own unique character (much like how unique Kubo and the 2 strings was) and the Rock continues to excel at comedy surprisingly. Next animated movie(s) of anticipation: in theatre, Batman Lego movie; on home release, Justice League Dark.

Taking my son to see it for his final 10th Birthday treat on Thursday.

We surprised him with a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood last week, specifically for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

He loved Hogsmeade, Hogwarts, the rides, the food, etc., but he also made me proud by loving the Transformers Ride as well as The Simpsons Ride / Krustyland.

The Walking Dead Attraction was scary AF and the Studio Backlot Tour is still badass (especially the immersive King Kong 3D segment, but not the awful Fast And The Furious 3D segment).
