The IDW comics get into a lot of this sort of thing, they show many sequences from the past showing cities and civilization, people had jobs, basically earth but with robots.

I'm more curious about home life. As in, do they live in families? Groupings? Alone?

The whole not reproducing through sex makes the understanding of family units on Cybertron a mystery to me.
