My pre-order for Sunstreaker had the label printed back in November...it still says that. I called and they said it was not available and they gave me my money back

I never received my Trailbreaker pre-order.

I also have never followed-up, as it was more of a "would be nice to have" order rather than something I really want.

I never got my Sunstreaker pre-order (eventually went to Amazon for him and Trailbreaker), got my Cyclonus before my local store closed permanently. Was told my SS Hot Rod and Scourge would be processed through the Milton store but so far nothing. They did have a Hot Rod list in store last week so I place the order. Next day I got an email telling me it couldn't be fulfilled.
Between Walmart, EB Games and Toys R Us it seems like nobody has anything current in my area

Got my wave 1 SS 86 figures but yeah never got my Sunstreaker or even my Skylynx. I don't have high hopes for getting my Megs so I put in a Toysrus Order which now may also be cancelled based on how long it is taking to process.

Maybe it’s Sunstreaker who fell into the ocean trapped in a sea container? Kicking myself for not grabbing him when I saw oodles of him at a TRU one day.

I wouldn't be so hasty, the one other time I ordered from TRU it arrived the week after, but the order status still said it was processing. Wasn't til a week after receiving it that it was updated as shipped.

I never got my ss86 scourge pre-order. The store says they cancelled it , I never got notified. I call eb games customer service and they said order us still in the system and the regional manager will investigate and call me. Never ordering from eb again.

I returned one to the eb in Oakville but thats a bit of a drive for you.

Got family in Oakville....maybe I'll pay them a visit this weekend and checkout Oakville eb games too !

So the very same eb games that had cancelled my order called me today to tell me it miraculously showed up and to pick it up. Huh? Guess I pickup scourge tomorrow. Nuts.
