Re: when and where to sign up for panels?
Back on topic I don't think this is a bad idea. Chisau or anyone else feel free to email us any suggestions you have for programming at TFCon 2008.

Re: when and where to sign up for panels?
Let's just try to keep the panels positive, this fandom is bad enough for being known as complainers. Why not a toy concept panel? Heck a panel about what they would like to see for TFcon.

Re: when and where to sign up for panels?
I agree with Protoman a lot of the fans made me sick whining over the stupidest crap about the movie BEFORE it even came out. I kept an open mind, I went, I saw, I loved. Last thing we need is unconstructive bashing. To go with Protoman's toy concept panel we could have a panel on alternate mode people would like to see that may not have been done or done to little thus far or even a characters we'd like to see updated panel(ie a new triple changer version of Springer).

Re: when and where to sign up for panels?
Also, this is going to be a big year for TFcon, Hasbro might also show up....... do you really want to have a panel about "HATE" of a movie they gave us. You went to see it in theaters, you bought the toys and I assume yesterday you bought the DVD..... I don't think y'all hate it THAT much to make a panel.

Re: when and where to sign up for panels?
I have experience with this sort of thing so I would be happy to be a part of any panels. I can also offer an opposing viewpoint to the HATE of Larry!
Actually, one idea I have, provided I am able to do it again this year, is to have a panel about the creation of our convention fan comic. That's something I would really like to do.

We'll definitely discuss this, Ninja!

Realistically, the demand for a Hate panel is quite low. Possibly loud spoken, but still small in number(s).
Besides, TFcon is already too busy providing you with "LIKE" panels!

If that's the case then one BIG suggestion, I don't know who it was at the last con, but someone brought a buttload of prototypes and testshots of the movie stuff. At Botcon 2002, a dealer did the same and Hasbro gave him a hard time..... so this year be sure to warn dealers about any displays or selling of Hasbro's "future" merchendise.
