Animated Leader Megatron
I purchased him today but have not opened yet. I need help deciding whether or not to keep him.
Is this figure worth owning? The only Animated Megatron I have (other than the Leader class), is the battle damaged Megs which came in a two-pack with Prime.
Is Leader Megatron a good figure? He looks good in the box right now lol, but how is he outside the box?

Re: Animated Leader Megatron
If you got him for $20 I'd say he's more than worth keeping. He's one of my favourite Megatron toys but I like animated so I'm a little biased.

Re: Animated Leader Megatron
i bought him a couple days ago and i like him, easy transformation though, and my only other gripe was no other place to but the swords in bot mode, but hey at 20 dollars i think hes great =)

Re: Animated Leader Megatron
Once you find a leg pose that you're cool with, he's great [he's a bit knocky-kneed].
I'm just wondering what the front landing gear is for, as you can't deploy it at all. Unless you're supposed to put it down without the front fuselage bit? Or does the fusion cannon come off of the other bit? I dunno.
Either way, for 20 bucks? Heck yeah. Now I need to justify owning the Voyager one [as I hate having more than one version of a character, even across sub-franchises. So I've re-christened him Minitron, Megatron's scaled-down double who gets sent on public appearances.]

personally,i think he's an awesome fig.i also like the fact that his cannon can mount onto either arm.

Well said! It's getting a bit repetitive.

Re: Animated Leader Megatron
I love the feature that Chans pointed out. If you don't want him holding onto the swords you can place them on his back pointing down. He's a great figure.
