Well there a lot of different reasons.

Robot design that doesn't appeal/interest me like Movie Dreadwing, Dropkick, Universe Silverbolt. Animated Snarl while look decent in the cartoon, the toy look weird in robot mode.

Bad repaints like Classic Cliffjumper or Movie Off-road Ironhide.

Some character that should have bigger. Like deluxe Movie Bonecrusher or Universe Galvatron.

Lack of articulation like Animated Snarl.

Non-proportinal body like Universe Powerglide (Small arms/legs, huge body and head) or Animated Soundwave.

Automorph/semi-automorph like Animated Starscream and Optimus Prime or Universe Sunstreaker (The roof spinning transformation for his head to appear).

I like Swoop, I get the impression he's the badass silent type. I think I like him the most out of the 3 Dinobots.
