What do you do with the Boxes?

i keep the boxes on things i consider "bigger ticket" things in case i want to sell them down the road.

For my self, I normally toss the packaging from Deluxe and under. With even just 100 Legend/Legion, Scout, Commander and deluxe figures, keeping the bubble and cards would take up too much space.

As for bigger figures and box sets, it's not quite clear yet as to what I should do with them. I've got Grapple's, Superion's(Both Retail and Appendage boxes) and Silverbolt's (Ultra-Class) boxes and I don't know if I should junk 'em.

Probably will come down to "Will I actually need this box again?" or "How much space are these boxes going to need?"

I keep extra special packaging -- FansProject, Masterpiece, imports.

I kept cardbacks through Beast Wars but stopped once they stopped putting instructions / tech specs on them.

Anything else gets recycled. I never had room before. Now that I have room, I'm not cluttering it up with packaging and it seems pointless to start now.

I do this for our domestic market items:

For carded figures I cut the bubble off and recycle it & keep the card back.

For boxes I flatten them and recycle the internals.

Stuff from overseas & expensive stuff is kept as is.

I throw everything away unless it's a really expensive toy or if the box is really really really nice i.e. Revoltech Iron Man.

I keep my cardbacks, Japanese, Import and third party boxes. So far the Hasbro boxes I fold down, I don't keep the plastic, inserts and bubbles. Just don't have the room.
