TRU Price Adjustment time limit?

For online purchases, 45 days for price adjustment... Csr told me that last time

they'll do the price adjust - "low price guarantee" - on items up to 45 days. AKA you buy sometime, 30 days later it goes on sale, they'll adjust it for you.

Online can be stickier but I've been told clearly by a TRU manager that in-store LPG adjustments are 45 days. And I've done online (by calling in) past 14 days with no issue.

I think what Hellboy is saying is if you keep things in package, and they have a sale within 45 days, they will allow you to bring back the item, return it and repurchase for the sale price.

If you have opened the item, they won't let you do that. You can still return the item, but if they no longer have any in stock, you can't get it for the sale price.

There are ways around this, but I'll let others figure it out.

My order date was July 30/2015 and Just got off the phone with TRU.

My price adjustment is being refunded back into my paypal. Might take up to 5 days, but heck... SWEET!

So for sure we know unequivocally that the policy extends at least 22 days back!

I called and they were able to process me the credit using the ship date

Had 2 purchases adjusted today, the oldest was from July 11. I guess it's up to 45 days.
