Darksol doesn't turn mindwipe into ratbat...it just makes him more like G1 mindwipe by making him a headmaster and gives the figure a third "bat" mode (an homage to the original G1 mindwipe who turned into a bat.

Ratbat has nothing to do with this as far as I know...
