I see issues with this and I think the head is box-like...but I am thrilled we get an official version of the figure. I'm pretty sure he will be a must have. I just hope the coloured image is painted correctly...I am concerned after the Rumble/Frenzy issue again and it seems that Astrotrain will, once again, not be toon accurate....sad times.

I'm not sold on this as Alpha Trion, but it looks like a cool figure. I guess I'll have to wait until the actual toy comes out.

It's part of the back of his beast mode. It's also supposed to be part of his "regal" like appearance.
But, if people don't like his bot mode they REALLY won't like his beast mode.

^^ This. I think the mold looks more like Leobreaker or Snarl from Transformers Cybertron, but we'll see.
