G.I Joe season 3
Since G.I Joe season 3 is not produced by Sunbow and instead it was produced by D.I.C, does anybody know where I can find Season 3? does Shoutfactory carries it? or even a different online retailer?

I think the DIC series is considered a separate series, and thus, season one and two are used which could be why you are having trouble finding a season three.
But yes, Shout! Factory has released the DIC series. Walmart carried them for a brief time, but I have not seen them there lately.
There is also an Operation Dragonfire mini-series, that is similar animation to the original series, but I think DIC still produced it. I don't know if it is on any of the Shout! Factory sets, but I would assume so.

What you are looking for is G.I.Joe series 2. It was released by shout factory in 2012 in 2 parts. I picked mine up at a walmart in ontario. The first 5episodes are the operation dragonfire miniseries that was released to usher in D.I.Cs start of the G.I.Joe franchise. The animation is way below the quality of Sunbow and so is the audio tracks which is the original mono soundtrack.

There are a bunch on YouTube, but the quality is terrible. The only redeeming thing about the series is the amount of characters to be included in each ep. As a kid I never knew it even existed.

That set will only contain the sunbow episodes as it is only series 1, it's a great set but it won't have series 2 episodes on it.

The mass decide and the pyramid of darkness miniseries are 6 he first episodes of gijoe series 1, they were the first and second set of episodes before the ongoing series but are considered the first episodes of the show.
Those mini series are included as part of season 1 of the first series and are included I the box sets.
