Quite frankly I'm firmly fed up with the Movieverse style, not to mention the practice of multiple releases of the same character with very little changed for the Transformation in multiple size classes.
This practice is what has led to truly impressive figures like the Prime line falling into the trap of being underordered and not meeting distribution properly, among other issues Hasbro has with their toylines.
Though I still enjoy the Transformers collecting aspect I feel that I may just trim out the fat and ignore any further movieverse figures. Or at least I shall certainly try my darndest to ignore them as I am beginning to see a rather unfortunate pattern. Think I'll stick to Kre-O collecting and perhaps snagging whatever Generations figures they toss our way to appease us. I've told myself this in the past and then fallen into the trap of buying figures for the sake of getting more new Transformers, but honestly, if Hasbro is going to slap us with another
Six Years! Of movie style figures, with no hope of any sort of inovation or interesting new characters, thank you, I've had my fun, but quite frankly I'd rather give my money over to LEGO or something.
