POTP Blackwing and combined Dreadwing review
Power of the Primes Blackwing, renamed from the original Darkwing, might seem like a simple reuse of an older mold at first. However, enough has been changed to really make this guy interesting, plus his colors look stellar! Additionally, he even manages to connect to Dreadwind to make the cool Dreadwing super-jet...though the success of that might be open for debate!

Wow.. no kidding.
I guess for modern day fans this is just a nice to have, but somewhere, the G1 toy is crying.

Re: POTP Blackwing and combined Dreadwing review
I totally agree with both of you. It was a nice nod but half-added. That said, earlier today I saw a custom combined mode that looked much better, but it seemeď to involve popping off and switching the back half of the legs of both figures....parts forming anyone?

Guessing that was my fan mode. You just need to swap their legs, since they're retools of the same mold.

I think it was. I would encourage you to share those pics here if you haven`t already. It was a bit of work but looked way better. The wings were positioned better and the fuselage was more...cohesive.

Good question, I found it looked more like one plane rather than 2 sandwiched together.
