I spoke to Amazon CS asking why did the ironhide/prowl 2 pack was up for order yesterday with a december 8th estimate while my pre order from July has no shipping date. Here's the conversation:


tldr - you make pre order duuuuuh. we dunno duuuuuuuh, its not in stock now duuuuuuuh. you get it one day duuuuuuuh

That's why I re-ordered. I can absolutely imagine them selling all the sets next week while leaving the July pre-orders on the back burner.

From your conversation, I think those people have no clue even the supervisor himself... as in why they are taking new orders while the preorders aren’t filled. They think it doesn’t make sense either. LOL They are confused themselves. I got a feeling that our preorder from July will eventually gets filled,if they are taking orders and saying they will ship December 8th. Let’s see if anyone will get their order first and then we go from there.

Well, I just got my Paradron Medics 2-pack. The one that was stuck in Halton Hills, not the follow-up one they sent me. So now I have two 2-packs. I'm a pretty honest guy and normally I'd do something about that, but I've already wasted enough time on this item and I just can't be bothered to return it.
