like echotransformer said,pins and epoxy .
it'll be a pain in the skidplate to drill but ultimately doable depending on the actual thickness of the black wing that broke.
I used your photo and hopefully this makes sense.
the red shows where the pins should be drilled into.
the blue dots will be the corresponding holes to be drilled "inline' with the red pins.
set a pin in each broken half but make sure that the ends sticking out match up in length.
once you have a pin into each chunk,if you put a dab of paint on the very ends,when you touch the two halves together it'll leave you with an exact location for where to drill the receiving holes(giggity)denoted as the blue dots.
