kreo brick replacement

So I ordered the TRU exclusive Devastator kreo set (the ones with Ironhide) off their website. And it's a piece short (yellow 12306). So now I got to do something about. I'm not sure I want to try and get TRU CS department to deal with it. As they'll probably want me to send it back, or send me another set (both of which are more hassle than I want). What I'm really asking is can I as a Canadian make use of the kreo replacement part order forms?

Until then I'll be using the "dark energon" 12306 piece that came with the Wheeljack/Knockout set.

The two pieces to the side of the faction emblem plate on the torso are 12306. My set only had one.

Re: kreo brick replacement

As soon they dropped the clearance price to $29.90 they all disappeared from the stores. Why I had to go with the website.

Re: kreo brick replacement

I bought up a bunch of the TF Kre-o sets from Zellers liquidation, just getting around to building them now. So far 3 sets out of 6 have missing parts / incorrect parts / defective parts. I'm gonna go thru all my sets and get a complete list of what's missing, then try to email Hasbro about it and see if I can get all the parts at once somehow. Some are easily replaced with Lego or other Kre-o's, but most of the missing parts are fairly unique.

NEVER EVER had any issues like this with Lego before, and I've got many of their sets. But I guess it's to be expected.

Wow...so far I've been lucky and haven't had any missing parts, but that's some crappy quality control. You're right, with Lego I find that they usually have extra bricks/parts.
