Although I'm sure the mods are gonna say something like "Guys, please keep this thread on topic, it's not a discussion on the MP-5 price", I believe that the MP-5 prices will drop when se start seeing the later batch being released on ebay or other online retailers.

I don't think that they will sell at the same prices at $200 like they're going on ebay, but I don't believe that they'll be going for $100-140 for the preorder either. It's just a matter of supply and demand.

Yeah I'm more in line with your train of thought. Maybe $100-130 is low, so I would think a good price for fellow cybertron members would be aroudn $150+shipping. These toys are still being made (unlike earlier MPs) and will be available.

But hey it's up to OP to state a price...which I haven't seen yet.

i wasn't actually. i bought my first mp-05 at a lower price of CAN$120, and considering this one was originally for sale as a case, it would be reasonable to price them at approximately the same price, or slightly a bit higher, from the one i got. i checked kool toyz and it's listed right now at CAN$140, so CAN$125 is reasonable if it was bought in bulk.

but $125 is my last price, still.

I agree on the price.... even if others don't. but grimlock hasn't said anything lately.
