How Important Are......To A Classics Collection?
Just a question that has been on my mind as I already have Stepper and have Artfire on the way. But with me wanting to downsize I have been taking a second look so to say at these. So, just figured I'd ask here and get some opinions. So for those that have or want Stepper & Artfire why did you decide to add them to your collection? And I guess for those who don't plan to purchase what are your reasons for your decision?

Re: How Important Are......To A Classics?
I would only consider them important if you want to get the Japan G1 characters. If you don't already have the molds, your best bet is to hunt down Hot Spot, Grapple, Inferno, Wheelie or Jazz.

Re: How Important Are......To A Classics?
For my collecting purposes I only consider G1 characters to be those leading up to and in the animated Transformers Movie. Thusly have no interest in Targetmasters or Headmasters.

Re: How Important Are......To A Classics?
In regards to Stepper, I've always loved his deco and anything coming from a Jazz mold so that dives my like for him. I love my classics Grapple and Inferno but as for Artfire meh, I just can't get behind the paint job. If your happy with the purchase then all the power to ya. But cutting back is always hard when it comes to what to get and what not to.

Re: How Important Are......To A Classics?
I generally avoid the expensive exclusive redecos, especially of characters that don't really mean a whole lot to me. I mean I'll buy say something like the wheelie repaint of jazz at retail price but if it's going to be $100 no thanks. If I'm going to shell out money like that, I might as well buy a third party product that just kicks ass.

Re: How Important Are......To A Classics?
I appreciate the input and I think I've made up my mind. But, the more input the merrier.
