That's what I did so I could save 10 %. They are due out August 28th but that may change as other dates have.

I'm trying to preorder Hubcap and Exhaust but when I put in a PO box delivery address it changes to $10 or so shipping. Is that normal?

Yup, they charge extra for PO Box since they are required to use Canada Post instead of Purolator.
