Last time I wanted to check they did... they will check online on the website first, but they can easily flip to the store inventory and orders systems.
Depends how much they care to help I would guess.

Re: ToysRUs.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
I hate how they usually first search the consumer website, which usually only has a fraction of the stuff available in store...

Plus why bother?
First, the website is absolute trash now. I have regularly found product on the shelves at locations that the website says are out of stock/not available.
Second, I can check the website myself. I am asking you because you should have a better system to check inventory than just the company website.

When it came to Wheeljack and Blaster. I was recently told of a few stores in BC that had Wheeljack, but I called them and no results. Then Blaster, I'm kind of worried, because it's been a couple of weeks since I heard Wheeljack was in BC, but Blaster has not shown in BC once.
I already have a Wheeljack thanks to a friend. But I still check to see how popular it is.

This is SO frustrating about store-level staff!
I’d like to say that talking to mgr might help, but can’t even say that w 100% confidence

Re: ToysRUs.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
I usually go to the front desk when I need them to check for inventory. Having the sku really helps and most times its posted in the forum from the sighting.
The floor staff from what I seen don't carry anything except their personal phones so they can't check unless they go to a desktop.
