Re: 2011 Part Trading Party

Can anyone tell me exactly what it's supposed to be? I mean from the name it's clear that you trade TF parts with people, but I'm getting the impression from a few people that people are selling figures as well. Just wanted some clarification.

Re: 2011 Part Trading Party

^basically,if you wanted to purely sell, then you should have gotten a table in the dealer room.

but if you have say figure a that costs 20 bucks, and you trade a guy for a figure that costs 10 bucks, then you should be good to collect the 10 bucks extra cash.

if you couldn't register for the dealer room for a table, and you do plan on straight "selling" and not trading, then your hotel room or even car trunk would suffice, but i do know it's pretty frowned upon to just "sell" at the parts trading party, the name "parts trading party" says it all.

hope that helps

No, didn't intend on selling, I was just curious. I'd maybe buy something though if people were selling figures here and there. Thanks for the info.

Re: 2011 Part Trading Party

Yeah, the original intention was parts, but it has become a venue for trading parts, bots (complete, incomplete, and even MISB).

I can bring a cork board if everyone plays nice and takes care of it. Also, I will see if I can steal some thumb tacks.
