Got mine today, packed well with large bubble wrap inside for protection, a first for all of my TRU orders. Figure is ok except one hip joint is a bit loose and the knee joints are very tight. I'll try to fix them tomorrow, otherwise looks good !

Got mine last week.
Same loose hips, tight knees, and I cant get the head/tail gimmick to work either.
Any suggesstions to remedy the loose hip joints?

There are a couple of screws on the back of the legs that you can tighten. In my case, this was not enough and required me using some Pledge Multi-surface floor polish (aka Future floor polish). Just dab a small amount on the joint at the point of friction and then work the joint to get the finish around the joint and let sit for 24 hours. It's pretty handy to have around for your Transformers, especially Hasbro releases that are more prone to loose limbs. Check this video out for more info: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Q1zixcuyfI

Has anyone not received their order yet? Am I the last one? Mine shipped June 18, 6 days ago, and I still don't have it. I even just went to Purolator and asked if anything was there under my name, nothing there.

At least yours shipped. TRU has jerked me around about my order and I am now trying to get satisfaction from up the chain.
First time I've had this problem with TRU so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but no .more.
