Re: Favourite Movie Figures: By Category!

OK, I don't have a big collection but from what I can say:

1: Best non-movie figure: Arcee (only one handled first-hand, however Dreadwing has been increasingly tempting to buy)

2: Best real gear: N/A (no exposure as yet)

3: Best voyager: Ironhide (though I gotta say I like them all)

4: Most impressive given its class size: 08 BB (his transformation just has a good 'transformer' feel to it. can't explain it)

5: Best weapon: 08 BB's gun/sword (love energy-melee weapons)

6: Best overall: N/A (a cop-out I know but they all have their charms and can't single one out)

7: Other random favourite: Jazz (alt mode is rather bland but he looks really good in robot mode)

Nice thread idea!

Re: Favourite Movie Figures: By Category!

1: Best non-movie figure (talk about slim picking right now): I'm going with Dreadwing (who I call Afterburn since I already got a Dreadwing)

2: Best real gear: High Score 100, it's like Donkey Kong got sick of being controlled and became the controller :P

3: Best voyager: Ironhide, right size, cool guns, need I say more?

4: Most impressive given its class size : 08 BB, just can't believe how he goes from one mode to the other half the time

5: Best weapon (sure as hell ain't Ratchets'....): I like 08 BB's after I put some silver on it with an orage/red barrel

6: Best overall : 08 BB

7: Other random favourite (and reason) : Jazz, would like him more if he had more articulation but I love the Solstice and will look even better once I get final battle Jazz and give the normal one another weapon.

Re: Favourite Movie Figures: By Category!

1) Best non-movie figure: Dreadwing with Arcee taking a close second. Dreadwing is decently poseable and looks really cool with the jet engine gun hands. Arcee is nice due to her crossbow, and it's Arcee!
2) Best real gear: Spyshot 6 and High Score 100.
3) Best voyager: Ironhide but I've really taken a liking to Starscream recently.
4) Most impressive given its class size: 09 Bumblebee. Impressive automorphs and detail make this the best bang for the buck... If you can find him in a store.
5) Best weapon: I like Leader Prime's swing out gun. You can even knock down other Transformers with it 2 for 1 action!
6) Best overall: Leader Prime, 09 BB close second.
7) Other random favourite (and reason): Starscream... The gun gimmick can be pretty fun
