Thanks again to Jtprime17, we now have word of a Studio Series Devastator boxset. The listing was found at nda-toys.com. No word on when the set will be released, and what exactly the contents are. This set could be G1 inspired decos, screen accurate paint, or something completely different. Ouch. If the price listed is £233.69 for a set, then a basic conversion to Canadian is approximately $399.04 ($400)!!!!!!!!!!

Current retail breakdown for the singles is (not counting new price increase):

2 Leaders - $140
4 Voyagers - $160
2 Deluxes - $60

Total $360 + tax = $406.80 (closer to $430 with the new price increases)

I know the speculation is that this was going to be an SDCC so who knows what it would have been decoed. Either way breaking down the numbers I can't see how Hasbro could realistically expect this to sell at retail, as a set, for anything close to that price.

I guess it will be another EB, or TRU, exclusive and that is what they will ask. Eventually it will drop to something below $300 (just my opinion).

The rest are the breakdown to retailers. A retailer has to pay 560.86 pounds to get a case [pack] of 2, of which the retail price is 403.99 pounds for one. The Unit price is just a breakdown of what's in the case for the retailer.






So the retail price is : £404, in Pound? ....that's CAD 680. I'm not sure this even make sense anymore.
