Part 4 is fine with me. If anyone thinks they are going to see a movie with big blocky g1 style characters, you're delusional and need to come back to reality for at least a little bit.

Nobody thinks that and that's not even the point, don't see anyone here posting to that effect.

Reality is that the TF movies are crap.
Special effects aside, they are simple storied, poorly acted, littered with cheap laughs and purely designed to sell toys to teenage boys.

I don't know if you're 14 or something, in which case, please enjoy for the rest of us.

Otherwise, I think this is generally the majority opinion.

Yet no one complains about The Avengers...odd. As well, I had no idea ANY company targets teenage boys for toy sales.

The majority opinion?? Yes, I guess you're right...because...you know...these movies absolutely flopped in theatres. Oh and because 99% of the people that complain about the movies never saw any of them...multiple times.

Back to The Avengers...I enjoyed The Avengers...the first time I saw it...when it was called Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen.

I wouldn't mind Lennox and Epps back, even in smaller roles. I enjoyed moments of the 3 movies. Are they perfect. No. A movie for me doesn't need to be perfect, I just need to have enough memorable moments to enjoy it.

Don't get me started. My nephew was 8 and he told me how lame it was; just 1 hour after watching it in the cinema when most people would still suffer from fake post-movie excitement.

I for 1 am glad I never watched Avengers.
