does toys r us do returns on boxing day? ive never have returned anything on boxing day so i dont know if i can .

No exchanges until the 27th - My advice? Get there EARLY, that line is massive post X-mas.

Not true, at least not at Vaughn Mills TRU, today I returned two TF's and also got price adjustments on TFP figs that were bought within the 14 day window

Same here.

However, the Kelowna store is rather small compare to some others, and there was also nobody waiting in line when I got there. Plus, I think the woman remembered me from a couple of days before when I asked about it (and was told that there wouldn't be an issue if I brought my receipt & everything, so who knows.

Either way, patience will be key, and so will getting there early (even on the 27th & onward when the sweet sales are still in effect).
