Check out my review of the Soundwave one... Lazerbeak is not that hard to put together.... the BIG problem was to fit him on Soundwave's arm... they make you do Lazerbeak AFTER the arm is put together, and you need to go INSIDE the arm to bend/twist some tabs so that lazerbeak hold in place.... mine barely holds by one tab... it's the only one I could reach... so he holds into place, but kinda slides off easily.
