but they also sent us that "shipping update" email this past friday, that said we were getting new tracking numbers? I'm sure this is related - like they just "ended" the first failed deliver, and from May 21st the 2nd tracking number they provide, *knock on wood* should be the real one

At this point I hope that they simply send the Canadian orders out to Americans who are still waiting and that they send us an updated batch out of Quebec instead. You can bet that if your Omega Prime has a defect that getting a replacement piece will be an absolute nightmare. This has to be the worst Haslab launch ever.

We already knew that, Hasbro will resend and give us a new tracking number.
