Fair enough. I'm not saying that no little kids play with Transformers, but it's just seems like a lot less kids do now than they used to. From what I see when I go into stores is there isn't a soul looking at the Cyberverse stuff, let alone kids. That product is hardly moving and collectors are the ones buying Seige and Studio Series.

I think I hurt myself rolling my eyes at the negative comments in this thread. This toy isn't for you, move on with your life and be a little bit more positive, and let the kids who like these toys enjoy them. They aren't crap, they aren't garbage, they are designed with kids in mind.

So was G1, and Armada. And Energon. And Cybertron. And most of those actually looked like something when they transformed. A handful of steps took you from brick-ish robot to a car, or truck, or jet. These go through a couple steps and take you from brick-ish robot to brick-ish robot that fell down. I have yet to see a single one of the 6,328 Optimus Primes from this line that don’t look like a truck that drive off the highway and into a nuclear reactor. Lucky Bumblebee looks like a car usually, but turns into a brick-ish robot with a car on his back. It just vexes me that Hasbro cries about their sales going down when this stuff looks like the Mexican knock-off Transformers that you find in Dollarama for $3. Just because they’re geared towards kids doesn’t mean they have to be so lazily designed. Shrug.

Young kids were breaking G1 toys all the time and struggled to transform A-E-C toys correctly. 1/3-step changers and Rescue Bots have been developed for them.
