I actually was feeling buyer's remorse on Blaster (he's a great toy don't get me wrong, but for some reason it doesn't appeal to me as much as the upcoming soundwave retool)... but for 25% off (or if I ever find a $40 one at Walmart to return to TRU), I think I'll keep him.

If I read your original post correctly you are looking for PMOP. If you can find one at Walmart they have been scanning for $40 at least in Ontario anyway. Try your local Walmart and you may luck out

And the sale from Toys R Us is only on things above 14.99.

The 2 TR Voyagers were on pre-order for $19.99 for a while back in July, and at 33% off, I think that's as low as they will go until a Black Friday/Boxing Day type sale.
