Fantastic 4 voice actors?

I finally saw Fantastic 4 2 yesterday. Fun movie, with the Fantastic 4 written well, but Dr.Doom & Silver Surfdude weren't given much writing thought.

Anyway, the credits listed like 20 voice actors.

What's that about? Except for the Silver Surfer, what other character needed a voice?

Maybe those were voice actors for localization (i.e. other Countries that don't speak English as a native tounge)
